Sometimes, a great product idea starts with a simple image.

On September 29, a customer sent us an AI-generated design for a customized gym turf project. The design showed the overall concept, colors and layout the customer had in mind, but it was not yet a production-ready file.

Our job was to turn that idea into something that could actually be manufactured.

We first converted the original design into a CAD format so the layout could be accurately prepared for production. We then adjusted the colors according to the customer’s requirements and refined the design so that the visual concept could work as a real piece of gym turf.

After the design was confirmed and the production details were prepared, manufacturing was completed on October 5.

From the first AI-generated concept on September 29 to the finished customized turf on October 5, the project moved from an idea on a screen to a real product ready for the customer’s gym.
